What's new in Husvarde

Attach documents, see what needs attention from your Home Screen, let recurring maintenance schedule itself — and use Husvarde in 11 languages.

• Attach photos, videos, and documents to any fixture — receipts, warranty cards, install photos. Included with the one-time unlock, and synced through your own iCloud account
• A Home Screen widget that shows what's overdue and due soon at a glance — tap it to open the fixture that needs attention, or your fixture list when several do
• Repeating maintenance — set a fixture to repeat every few weeks, months, or years. Logging a service sets the next date for you, counted from the day the work was actually done
• Husvarde is now available in 11 languages: English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, Norwegian, and Filipino. It follows your device's language, and the names and notes you type are never translated

• Track a fixture's warranty — set when it starts and how long it lasts, and see when it ends
• Delete all the fixtures in a room at once, with a confirmation first
• A redesigned fixture screen: its status, dates, and Log Service and Add Note buttons sit right at the top, with documents and the AR marker one tap away

Fixes

• Deleted fixtures no longer reappear after you unlock iCloud sync
• Turning on a reminder with the default first-reminder timing now schedules it reliably. If you set one on an earlier version, open that fixture's Maintenance Date page once to repair it
• Add Fixture no longer opens by itself when you already have fixtures
• Resetting a room's scan is now safer to cancel or interrupt partway through

Scan and tag as many rooms as your home needs.

• Map multiple rooms — adding a new room no longer clears the ones you already scanned
• Confirm which room you're standing in before AR tries to recognize it
• Name each scanned room so it's easy to pick later
• Start Fresh applies to one room only; other rooms and your fixture list stay intact

• A visual aiming reticle and a "Place Marker" button, for tagging hard-to-reach fixtures without stretching across the screen
• A first-time tap guide that shows you exactly how to place a marker
• AR photo capture — save a snapshot of your tagged fixtures straight to Photos
• Room names are now suggested automatically when tagging a fixture's location

• Home screen now shows "Husvarde" (instead of the internal target name)
