Husvarde Terms of Use

The app and Apple's licence

Your use of the Husvarde app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps downloaded from the App Store. These terms add to that agreement. If the two conflict on how you may use the app, Apple's agreement applies.

What Husvarde is for

Husvarde is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It helps you note what you own, when it was serviced, and when it is next due. It does not inspect, test or monitor anything, and it is not a building management, compliance or safety system.

Husvarde is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions, professional inspection, servicing or repair, or any inspection, testing or certification required by law, by your insurer or by your building's management. This matters most for safety items such as smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, electrical installations, lifts, gas appliances and child car seats. Always follow the manufacturer's guidance and the rules that apply to you.

Reminders depend on the dates and schedules you enter, on your device's notification settings, and on your device being on and working. A reminder may not arrive, for example if notifications are turned off, data is deleted, or a date is entered incorrectly. You remain responsible for your maintenance decisions and for keeping fixtures safe.

Your data

Your fixtures, records and attachments are stored on your device and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your own iCloud account. We do not hold a copy and cannot recover lost data for you. Please keep your device backed up. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Husvarde is free to use for up to 20 fixtures. A one-time in-app purchase removes that limit and unlocks the features described in the App Store listing. Payment, pricing in your currency and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We may improve, change or remove features over time, but we will not take away a feature you paid for without good reason, such as a change in Apple's platform or the law.

The support assistant

Husvy, the support assistant, is automated. It answers from our published Guide, FAQ and related pages, and its answers can be incomplete or wrong. Treat them as general help, not professional, technical, safety or legal advice. If an answer matters, check the Guide or write to support@husvarde.com.

Please don't send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information in a chat. Don't use the assistant to send spam, abuse, unlawful content or automated bulk messages, or to try to make it behave in ways it isn't meant to. We may limit or block access to protect the service.

Website content and the Husvarde brand

The Husvarde name and logo, the Husvy character, and the text, images and videos on this website and in our marketing belong to Onesimus AI Pte Ltd.. You're welcome to link to our pages and share our posts. Please don't copy, modify or reuse our materials for other purposes without asking us first.

You may not use the content of this website, including its text, images and videos, to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or download or collect it in bulk by automated means. Normal indexing by search engines is fine.

Journalists, reviewers and bloggers writing about Husvarde may use our app screenshots, logo and Husvy images in that coverage, as long as they are not altered and Husvarde is named as the source. For anything else, write to support@husvarde.com.

These permissions cover only our own materials. Third-party names, logos and badges on this website, including Apple's, belong to their owners and are used under their guidelines. We can't give permission to use them.

Images in our website and marketing are illustrative. Some scenes are created with AI tools and do not show real homes, buildings or app results.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.

Using this website

Please don't interfere with the website or the assistant, try to get around their security, or collect content from them with automated tools beyond what normal search engines do.

Other services

Husvarde relies on services run by others, including Apple (the App Store and iCloud), Cloudflare, and Meta (WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger). Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their availability or content. The same applies to websites we link to.

Our responsibility to you

We work to keep Husvarde, this website and the assistant accurate and available, but we provide them "as is" and can't promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or damage that results from a missed, late or incorrect reminder, from relying on a record or an assistant answer, or from a maintenance decision. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Husvarde is limited to the amount you paid us for Husvarde in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under Singapore law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website or the assistant after an update, the updated terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
